Intercompany Balance definition

Intercompany Balance means any prepetition Claim of a Debtor against another Debtor, or any prepetition Claim held by a Non-Debtor Subsidiary against a Debtor, including any subrogation claims and fraudulent conveyance claims related to the forgiveness of intercompany debt, and any other subrogation claims owed by any Debtor to any other Debtor. For the avoidance of doubt, Intercompany Balances do not include any Claim that Ally may assert against a Debtor.
Intercompany Balance means the amount, as of the Distribution Date, by which the total of all amounts owed to Parent Group by Company Group, exceeds the total of all amounts owed by Parent Group to Company Group.
