Interaction Provisions’ definition

Interaction Provisions’ means the provisions of the National Credit Law having substantially the same effect as clauses 23 to 26 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Xxxx 2009 (Cth) introduced into the Commonwealth Parliament on 25 June 2009, and includes any subordinate legislation made pursuant to those provisions; ‘Fair Trading Acts’ means a State or Territory Fair Trading Act or similar legislation, namely the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW), the Fair Trading Act 1999 (VIC), the Fair Trading Act 1989 (QLD), the Fair Trading Act 1987 (SA) and the Consumer Transactions Xxx 0000 (SA), the Fair Trading Act 1987 (WA) and the Consumer Affairs Act 1971 (WA), the Fair Trading Act 1990 (TAS), the Fair Trading Act 1987 (ACT) and the Fair Trading (Consumer Affairs) Act 1973 (ACT) and the Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading Act 1990 (NT);

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

  • Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.

  • Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.

  • Subordination Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(l).

  • Specific Redemption Provisions means, with respect to a Special Dividend Period either, or any combination of, (i) a period (a "Non-Call Period") determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, after consultation with the Auction Agent and the Broker-Dealers, during which the shares of AMPS subject to such Dividend Period shall not be subject to redemption at the option of the Corporation and (ii) a period (a "Premium Call Period"), consisting of a number of whole years and determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, after consultation with the Auction Agent and the Broker-Dealers, during each year of which the shares of AMPS subject to such Dividend Period shall be redeemable at the Corporation's option at a price per share equal to $25,000 plus accumulated but unpaid dividends plus a premium expressed as a percentage of $25,000, as determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation after consultation with the Auction Agent and the Broker-Dealers.

  • Indemnification Provisions means each of the Debtors’ indemnification provisions in place immediately prior to the Effective Date whether in the Debtors’ bylaws, certificates of incorporation, other formation documents, board resolutions, the 2008 Bond Documents, or contracts for the current and former directors, officers, managers, employees, attorneys, other professionals, and agents and such current and former directors, officers, and managers’ respective Affiliates.

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;

  • Transfer Provisions means the provisions of Section 00-00-000 of the FILOT Act, as amended or supplemented from time to time, concerning, among other things, the necessity of obtaining County consent to certain transfers. Any reference to any agreement or document in this Article I or otherwise in this Fee Agreement shall include any and all amendments, supplements, addenda, and modifications to such agreement or document.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.

  • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations means the Representation Letter from the Issuer to DTC, with respect to the Bonds.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).

  • Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.
