Intended Use Plan Project Listing definition

Intended Use Plan Project Listing means a listing of those projects identified by the Department for inclusion on the fundable portion of the Project Priority List pursuant to 310 CMR 45.05(2). (310 CMR 44.03)

  • MassDEP, however, reserves the right to waive the applicant cap limitation if MassDEP determines that one or more projects on the Intended Use Plan Project Listing are not ready to proceed.
