Intelligent Recording Service definition
Intelligent Recording Service or “IR Service” means an optional suite of recording options, as set out in the Product Handbook, available for fixed and mobile users, which offers secure recording and archiving. “Internal Calls” means Calls made between Users configured within the same Customer where both Users are using IP phones (hard or soft).
