Intelligence database means a collection or 44-21 compilation of data organized for search and retrieval to evaluate, 44-22 analyze, disseminate, or use intelligence information relating to a 44-23 combination or criminal street gang for the purpose of 44-24 investigating or prosecuting a criminal offense.
