Integrated Support Services means the services provided to FTB by JMC pursuant to this Agreement.

Integrated Support Services means integrated customer support consisting of seven (7) or more of the following the (10) services: (i) technical support services, (ii) design and analysis services, (iii) investment advisory services, (iv) case implementation services, (v) plan administrative Services, (vi) annual plan services, (vii) training services, (viii) web systems support services, (ix) systems maintenance services, or (x) systems enhancement services. In addition, within the Defined Market Area, AFS will not provide the design and analysis services or the investment advisory services listed above to anyone other than Insurer without Insurer’s prior written consent. For purposes of this Section, the above listed ten services are as described in the attached Initial Work Order.
