Integrated Care Initiative or “ICI" means a Medicaid initiative that delivers integrated and coordinated services to certain Medicaid and Medicaid and Medicare dual eligible beneficiaries through a managed care arrangement.   • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Consumables and medical devices means (consumables) items that require regular replacement (e.g. batteries) to keep a medical device (such as a hearing aid) operational. Many medical devices require consumables.
