Integral Features definition

Integral Features means all items of machinery and plant that are integral features for the purposes of section 33A(5) of the Capital Allowances Act 2001, expenditure in respect of which qualifies or has qualified for capital allowances and which are comprised in the Property which is the subject of the Sale (as defined below) and details of which are as follows: [ ]
