Insurer Information has the meaning given such term in Section 4.

More Definitions of Insurer Information

Insurer Information means the information furnished by the Insurer in writing expressly for use in the Offering Document and is limited to the information included under the headings “The Insurer” and “The Policy” in the Prospectus Supplement.

Insurer Information means the information in the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement and the Prospectus Supplement set forth or incorporated by reference under the captions “The Insurer” (including the financial information incorporated by reference under such caption) and “The Policy”.
