Insurance Representative definition

Insurance Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 2.22.

More Definitions of Insurance Representative

Insurance Representative means an agent, adjuster, customer representative or service representative. “Instructor” means a natural person who has been approved by the Department and who teaches or otherwise instructs an approved pre-licensing classroom course or program.
