Insurance Conditions definition

Insurance Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in Schedule 3 – Insurance Conditions;
Insurance Conditions means these Insurance Terms and Conditions, which contain important information about the Insurance and it´s exclusions.

More Definitions of Insurance Conditions

Insurance Conditions means Lender shall have received copy of, or a certificate as to coverage under, and a declaration page relating to, the insurance policies required by Section 5.04 (including, without limitation, flood insurance policies to the extent required by Section 5.04) and the applicable provisions of the SLS Las Vegas Mortgage, each of which (i) shall be endorsed or otherwise amended to include a “standard” or “New York” lender’s loss payable or mortgagee endorsement (as applicable) and as Lender’s interest may appear, subject to the Intercreditor Agreements, (ii) shall name Lender as additional insured, (iii) in the case of flood insurance, if applicable, shall (a) identify the addresses of each property located in a special flood hazard area, (b) indicate the applicable flood zone designation, the flood insurance coverage and the deductible relating thereto and (c) provide that the insurer will give Lender 45 days written notice of cancellation or non-renewal and (iv) shall be otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
Insurance Conditions means the insurance requirements set out in Schedule D – Insurance Conditions.
Insurance Conditions means these Insurance Conditions, which contain important information concerning the Insurance Policy to be concluded, including any limitation or exclusion of the Insurer's liability.
