Insurance Adviser means, as the case may be:
Insurance Adviser. Bankrisk Services Xxxxx Ltd. and its successors as advisers to the Lenders in relation to insurance issues.
Insurance Adviser means Jardine Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Ltd or any replacement thereof.
