Insulet or the “Company”).1 The Transitional Pay and Benefits described below are contingent on your agreement to and compliance with the terms of this Agreement, including your signing and not revoking of this Agreement. The Company encourages you to take advantage of this period of time by consulting with a lawyer, or other trusted advisor, before signing the document.
