If you do not sign and return this Agreement before the Deadline, the offer set forth herein will expire. The Company encourages you to take advantage of this period of time by consulting with a lawyer, or other trusted advisor, before signing the document.

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.
