Document of gift means a donor card or other record used to make an anatomical gift. The term includes a statement or symbol on a driver's license, identification card, or donor registry.
Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.
Replacement Airframe means any airframe substituted for the Airframe pursuant to Article IV of the Trust Indenture.
Performing Equipment Note Person", "Pool Balance", "Rating Agencies", "Ratings Confirmation", "Regular Distribution Date", "Replacement Liquidity Facility", "Responsible Officer", "Scheduled Payment", "Special Payment", "S&P", "Stated Interest Rate", "Subordination Agent", "Taxes", "Threshold Rating", "Trust Agreement", "Trustee", "Underwriters", "Underwriting Agreement", "United States" and "Written Notice".
Mercury-containing equipment means a device or part of a device (including thermostats, but excluding batteries and lamps) that contains elemental mercury integral to its function.
Ambient air means that portion of the atmosphere, external to buildings, to which the general public has access.
Cross-Collateralized Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan, that is, by its terms, cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with any other Mortgage Loan; provided that the Mortgage Loans that are part of any Loan Combination shall not constitute Cross-Collateralized Mortgage Loans.
Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed and Not Domestic Issuance, and:
Permitted Securitization Financing means one or more transactions pursuant to which (i) Securitization Assets or interests therein are sold or transferred to or financed by one or more Special Purpose Securitization Subsidiaries, and (ii) such Special Purpose Securitization Subsidiaries finance (or refinance) their acquisition of such Securitization Assets or interests therein, or the financing thereof, by selling or borrowing against Securitization Assets (including conduit and warehouse financings) and any Hedging Agreements entered into in connection with such Securitization Assets; provided, that recourse to the Borrower or any Subsidiary (other than the Special Purpose Securitization Subsidiaries) in connection with such transactions shall be limited to the extent customary (as determined by the Borrower in good faith) for similar transactions in the applicable jurisdictions (including, to the extent applicable, in a manner consistent with the delivery of a “true sale”/“absolute transfer” opinion with respect to any transfer by the Borrower or any Subsidiary (other than a Special Purpose Securitization Subsidiary).
Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Financing Lease any lease of property, real or personal, the obligations of the lessee in respect of which are required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on a balance sheet of the lessee.
Non-Performing Equipment Note means an Equipment Note issued pursuant to an Indenture that is not a Performing Equipment Note.
Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.
Securitization Financing means any transaction or series of transactions that may be entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries may sell, convey or otherwise transfer to (a) a Securitization Subsidiary (in the case of a transfer by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries) or (b) any other Person (in the case of a transfer by a Securitization Subsidiary), or may grant a security interest in, any Securitization Assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and any assets related thereto, including all collateral securing such Securitization Assets, all contracts and all guarantees or other obligations in respect of such Securitization Assets, proceeds of such Securitization Assets and other assets that are customarily transferred or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted in connection with asset securitization transactions involving Securitization Assets.
Refinancing Equipment Notes and “Refinancing Trust” shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Secure facility or "detention home" means a local, regional or state public or private locked
Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Agency contract means an agreement in which a student athlete authorizes a person to negotiate or solicit on behalf of the athlete a professional sports services contract or an endorsement contract.
Contract Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of a Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.01A hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Contract Advances made by such Lender to the Borrower.
Related Equipment Note means, as of any date, an “Equipment Note” as defined in each Related Indenture, but only if as of such date it is held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in such Related Indenture.

Credit Enhancement Agreement means the Agreement among the Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Credit Enhancement Provider with respect to the Credit Enhancement.
Articulated vehicle means a vehicle which consists of two or more rigid sections which articulate relative to one another; the passenger compartments of each section intercommunicate so that passengers can move freely between them; the rigid sections are permanently connected so that they can only be separated by an operation involving facilities which are normally only found in a workshop;
