Instructional Course definition

Instructional Course means a Basic Training course, a Continuing Education course, a Nurse Delegation course, or any other course included as Services under this Agreement.

Examples of Instructional Course in a sentence

  • Contractor and Training Partnership may agree to provide an Instructional Course in any of the "Optional Languages" set forth on the "Approved Language List." Contractor may not use an interpreter in lieu of a bilingual Instructor in any Instructional Course without written approval from the Training Partnership.

  • When a Training Partnership Learner registered for an Instructional Course does not attend a Class, Instructor must ▇▇▇▇ Learner as a "No Show" when completing attendance.

  • Training Partnership will provide Contractor with the Student List before the commencement of any Instructional Course provided, however, that Training Partnership may at any time update the Student List to add any additional Training Partnership Students authorized to participate in such Instructional Course or remove any persons.

  • Training Partnership's sole method for authorizing Services will be to schedule the Instructional Course constituting the Services in accordance with Appendix 2.

  • Without the prior written consent of Training Partnership, Contractor may not cancel any Instructional Course with Training Partnership Students registered for it.

  • By completing and submitting the 2022 Instructional Course and Annual Meeting Application for Exhibit Space, we agree that: Payment in full by October 4, 2022 must accompany this application but priority will be given by order of payment received.

  • When a Training Partnership Learner registered for an Instructional Course does not attend a Class, Instructor must mark Learner as a "No Show" when completing attendance.

  • Without the prior written consent of Training Partnership, Contractor may not cancel any Instructional Course with Training Partnership Students registeredfor it.

  • Nothing contained inthis Section 15.c is intended to prohibit Instructors fromallowingadiscussion by Training Partnership Students of religion in connection with Instructor's presentation of the Instructional Course materials in accordance with the applicable instructor guide for such Instructional Course.

  • The Fellow would be expected to attend the ▇▇▇▇ annual congress, and the ▇▇▇▇ Instructional Course and in the years when this is running the ▇▇▇▇ Elbow Update Course during the 12-month fellowship period.
