Instruction Materials definition

Instruction Materials has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(xiv).
Instruction Materials means all designs, products, drawings, plans, blueprints, bills of material, flowsheets, specifications, plan sheets, formulas, parts lists, instruction manuals, FDA Form 510K product filings and registrations and device master records relating to or used in the business and operation of the Company.
