Institutional Property definition

Institutional Property means property currently or formerly owned or controlled by the state that is or was used for a public or charitable purpose. However, "institutional property" does not mean property that is or was used for educational purposes.
Institutional Property means any property owned, leased, or otherwise controlled or operated by UMD, including buildings, other structures and grounds, and vehicles owned or leased by the institution.
Institutional Property means those Tax Parcels with Fire Class Codes classified in the "Institutional" property use category in Appendix A.

  • The parties hereby specifically incorporate into this Agreement by reference the College's Institutional Property Policy, the College's Computer Network Use Policy, and the College’s Intellectual Property Policy as these policies may be amended from time to time.

  • If, however, any of the Institutional Property is developed to include any Residential Dwelling Units or commercial uses as allowed by this MDA, then such non-higher education related uses shall be required to contribute at least the minimum amount of Open Space as set forth above.

Institutional Property means any property that is used for a non-commercial purpose by an organized body or society. This definition may include Municipal property, Schools, Hospitals, etc

Institutional Property means those Tax Parcels with a Code Description designated as "Institutional" in the Improvement Codes as specified in Appendix C attached hereto.
