Instalment Amount has the meaning given to it in Condition 1.07 (Bearer Covered Bonds);
Instalment Date means each date (if any) specified as such opposite each Instalment Amount in the Issue Memorandum.
Instalment means with respect to each Mortgage Loan Agreement, each instalment due from the relevant Debtor thereunder and which consists of an Interest Instalment and a Principal Instalment.
Adjustment Number initially shall be 1000. In the event the Corporation shall at any time after May 18, 2004 (i) declare and pay any dividend on Common Stock payable in shares of Common Stock, (ii) subdivide the outstanding Common Stock, or (iii) combine the outstanding Common Stock into a smaller number of shares, then in each such case the Adjustment Number in effect immediately prior to such event shall be adjusted by multiplying such Adjustment Number by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding immediately after such event and the denominator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock that were outstanding immediately prior to such event.
Relevant Number means the number specified as such in the applicable Final Terms (or, if no such number is specified, five);
Repayment Instalment means any instalment of the Loan to be repaid by the Borrower under Clause 5.1 (Repayment of Loan).
Project Number means a unique number assigned to the project by the department or the city, village, town or county that is undertaking the project.
Unit number means the number, letter, or combination of numbers and
Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
Warrant Price as used in this Agreement shall mean the price per share at which shares of Common Stock may be purchased at the time a Warrant is exercised. The Company in its sole discretion may lower the Warrant Price at any time prior to the Expiration Date (as defined below) for a period of not less than twenty (20) Business Days, provided, that the Company shall provide at least twenty (20) days prior written notice of such reduction to Registered Holders of the Warrants and, provided further that any such reduction shall be identical among all of the Warrants.
Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.
Forward Price On the Effective Date, the Initial Forward Price, and on any other day, the Forward Price as of the immediately preceding calendar day multiplied by the sum of (i) 1 and (ii) the Daily Rate for such day; provided that on each Forward Price Reduction Date, the Forward Price in effect on such date shall be the Forward Price otherwise in effect on such date, minus the Forward Price Reduction Amount for such Forward Price Reduction Date.
Current Price means, with respect to any Reference Obligation on any date of determination, the Calculation Agent’s determination of the net cash proceeds that would be received from the sale on such date of determination of such Reference Obligation, net of the related Costs of Assignment. If Counterparty disputes the Calculation Agent’s determination of the Current Price of any Reference Obligation, then Counterparty may, no later than two hours after Counterparty is given notice of such determination, (a) designate up to two entities, each of which shall be either (i) an Approved Buyer or (ii) a Dealer of credit standing acceptable to Citibank in the exercise of its reasonable discretion and (b) provide to Citibank within such two-hour period with respect to each such Approved Buyer or Dealer a Firm Bid with respect to the entire Reference Amount of the Reference Obligation. The higher of such two Firm Bids will be the Current Price. The “Current Price” shall be expressed as a percentage of par and will be determined exclusive of accrued interest.
Purchase Price Credit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3 of the Agreement.
Installment Amount means the sum of (A) (i) with respect to any Installment Date other than the Maturity Date, the lesser of (x) the quotient of (I) the Principal amount outstanding under this Note as of the initial Installment Date, divided by (II) the number of Installment Dates occurring hereunder (as determined as of the initial Installment Date assuming no Deferrals, Accelerations, redemptions or conversions hereunder prior to the Maturity Date) and (y) the Principal amount then outstanding under this Note as of such Installment Date, and (ii) with respect to the Installment Date that is the Maturity Date, the Principal amount then outstanding under this Note as of such Installment Date (in each case, as any such Installment Amount may be reduced pursuant to the terms of this Note, whether upon conversion, redemption or Deferral), (B) any Deferral Amount deferred pursuant to Section 8(d) and included in such Installment Amount in accordance therewith, (C) any Acceleration Amount accelerated pursuant to Section 8(e) and included in such Installment Amount in accordance therewith and (D) in each case of clauses (A) through (C) above, the sum of any accrued and unpaid Interest and Make-Whole Amount with respect thereto as of such Installment Date under this Note, if any, and accrued and unpaid Late Charges, if any, under this Note as of such Installment Date. In the event the Holder shall sell or otherwise transfer any portion of this Note, the transferee shall be allocated a pro rata portion of the each unpaid Installment Amount hereunder.
Discount Price means the product of (i) the price per share of Capital Stock sold in an Equity Financing and (ii) 100% less the Discount.

Exercise Price means the initial exercise price or the adjusted exercise price, depending on the context.
Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.
Agreement Price shall be the higher of (a) the fair market value of the Shares to be purchased determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company and (b) the original exercise price of the Shares to be purchased.
Batch number means a unique numeric or alphanumeric identifier assigned prior to any testing to allow for inventory tracking and traceability.
Repayment Price means, when used with respect to any Security to be repaid at the option of the Holder, the price at which it is to be repaid by or pursuant to this Indenture.
Account Number means the identification number given by the U.S. EPA to each NOx allowance tracking system account.
Relevant Price or "S(k)" means, in relation to any Strategy Calculation Date, the Fund Value per Fund Interest.
Warrant Exercise Price means $0.04 per share.
Incremental Term Loan Installment Date shall have, with respect to any Class of Incremental Term Loans established pursuant to an Incremental Assumption Agreement, the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(a)(ii).
