Installment Sales Receivables definition
Installment Sales Receivables means any Accounts of the Figi Companies arising pursuant to the sale of non- apparel Inventory by such Obligor to an Account debtor requiring payments of the purchase price in installments over a period of time.
Installment Sales Receivables means any Accounts of Borrower arising pursuant to the sale of Inventory by Borrower to an Account Debtor requiring payments of the purchase price in installments over a period of time.
