Installment Payment Period definition

Installment Payment Period means the period from, and including, the Issue Date to, but excluding, the first Installment Payment Date and each subsequent full quarterly period from, and including, an Installment Payment Date to, but excluding, the immediately succeeding Installment Payment Date.
Installment Payment Period means (i) in the case of the first Installment Payment Date on July 30, 2019, the period from, and including, the Issue Date to, but excluding, such first Installment Payment Date and (ii) in the case of any subsequent Installment Payment Date, the quarterly period from, and including, the immediately preceding Installment Payment Date to, but excluding, such Installment Payment Date.

In the event the Holder shall sell or otherwise transfer any portion of this Note, the transferee shall be allocated a pro rata portion of the each unpaid Installment Amount hereunder.

  • Amortization Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
