Installing definition

Installing means attaching to an existing building, pole, overpass, roadway, sidewalk, natural area, or other structure in a manner that facilitates the permanent or semi-permanent presence of the applicable device. “Installing” shall not mean operating a mobile device intended to be present for a time of limited and discernable length.
Installing installation" or "installed" in connection with the Licensed Software includes the downloading of the Licensed Software from our or any third party's remote server;
Installing software means the act of loading an executable file, whether tangible or electronic, containing a prewritten computer software application or program onto a device or equipment. The mere act of electronic delivery does not constitute installation.

Installing means, with respect to a computer program or other materials, to copy the program or other materials onto a hard disk or other storage medium.

No Landlord Delay shall be deemed to have occurred unless and until Tenant has given written notice to Landlord specifying the action or inaction which Tenant contends constitutes a Landlord Delay. If such action or inaction is not cured within one (l) business day after Landlord's receipt of such notice, then a Landlord Delay, as set forth in such notice, shall be deemed to have occurred commencing as of the date Landlord received such notice and continuing for the number of days the Early Possession Date was in fact delayed as a direct result of such action or inaction.
