Installation and Commissioning Services definition

Installation and Commissioning Services means the installation and commissioning services set out in this Contract (including, without limitation, Schedule 5, which sets out the requirements of the Authority as issued to tenderers as part of the procurement process and the Supplier’s response to these requirements);

Examples of Installation and Commissioning Services in a sentence

  • The Supplier will promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazard which arises, or the Supplier is aware may arise, in connection with the Installation and Commissioning Services and take such steps as are reasonably necessary to ensure the health and safety of persons likely to be affected by such hazards.

  • Where this Clause is checked, it is important that the project specific requirements of the Installation and Commissioning Services, such as any relevant timescales and KPIs, are set out as part of the Specification and Tender Response Document.

  • Guidance: This Clause should be checked where Installation and Commissioning Services are required in connection with the Goods being supplied (to include when Installation and Commissioning Services are required in connection with any Maintenance Services to be provided by the Supplier).

  • Where Installation and Commissioning Services are required in connection with any Maintenance Services to be provided by the Supplier, Clause 27 of this Schedule 1 should also be checked.

  • Installation and Commissioning Services (only applicable to the Contract if this box is checked) The Supplier shall provide the Installation and Commissioning Services in accordance with the terms set out in Schedule 8.

  • All Installation and Commissioning Services provided by Vendor to Reliance shall be invoiced as set forth in this Section and paid in accordance with Section 13 of the General Terms.

  • Time to complete the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning Services from the effective date specified in Article 3 of Contract Agreement is 6 months.

Related to Installation and Commissioning Services

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Building Services Definitions

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.
