Insperity Partner Offering definition

Insperity Partner Offering means the Services, Cloud-Based Solutions, Equipment, or hosted platforms provided by third party entities other than us and resold, sublicensed, or made accessible to you by us pursuant to a Delivery Order and that interoperate with or supplement the Insperity Offerings.

  • General Partner Loan has the meaning provided in Section 5.2(c) hereof.
