Purchaser shall not in any way cause and, where possible, shall not in any way permit any interference with the System’s Insolation.
If Purchaser becomes aware of any activity or condition that could diminish the Insolation of the System, Purchaser shall notify Seller immediately and shall cooperate with Seller in preserving the System’s existing Insolation levels.
If Purchaser ceases to conduct business operations at the Facility, or otherwise vacates the Facility prior to the expiration of the Term, Purchaser shall have the option to provide Seller with a mutually agreeable substitute premises located within the same utility district as the terminated System or in a location with similar utility rates and Insolation.

Customer shall have the option to provide Seller with a mutually agreeable substitute premises and facility that are suitable for the installation of the System (or a substantially similar system) located within the same utility district as the Premises and Facility to be vacated, or in a location with similar utility rates and Insolation to substitute for the Premises and Facility.
