FIDIC means the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils, the international federation of consulting engineers.
Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/ or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million as defined in Article 1 and Article 2(1) and (3) of the Annex to Recommendation 2003/361/EC as may be amended from time to time;
Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.
School activities means any activity sponsored by the school including, but not limited to, classroom work, library activities, physical education classes, official assemblies and other similar gatherings, school athletic contests, band concerts, school plays and other theatrical productions, and in-school lunch periods.
Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.
