Input and Output definition

Input and Output means all data that is received, captured, saved, recorded, transmitted, generated, emitted, and/or displayed on, by, or through LICENSEE’S local computer, including, without limitation, keyboard keypresses, mouse cursor motions, and mouse clicks made by the user of the local computer (including a user controlling the local computer via remote access software); text and images displayed on or transmitted to the video monitor of the local computer; and sounds generated by or transmitted to the local computer; regardless of whether the data is detectible by the human senses of an observer of the local computer.

Examples of Input and Output in a sentence

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility and expense to evaluate and check the accuracy of any Input and Output as appropriate for the use case of the Customer, including by using human review of the Input and the Output.

  • Input and Output are collectively “Content.” To the ex- tent permitted by applicable law, Licensor does not claim ownership to and Customer has the license/ownership rights related to all Input.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) the Subscription and access to the Platform will terminate; and (b) your Account and related access credentials shall be terminated, and you shall be responsible for backing up the Input and Output in your Account, and Lightricks shall not be required (unless required by applicable law) to retain any Input and Output in your Account.

  • The optional features Input and Output and their children permit to model the information about the input and output data of each ca- pability.

  • Customer owns all Customer Data, Input and Output (subject to UiPath’s rights in the UiPath Background IPR), and each Party owns and retains all IP Rights in their respective pre-existing tools, software, databases, methodologies and documents.

Related to Input and Output

  • Net Output means all energy and capacity produced by the Facility, less station use and less transformation and transmission losses and other adjustments (e.g., Seller's load other than station use), if any. For purposes of calculating payment under this Agreement, Net Output of energy shall be the amount of energy flowing through the Point of Delivery.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
