Medicaid Certification means a certification by a state agency or other entity responsible for certifying Medicaid providers and suppliers that a health care provider or supplier is in compliance with all the conditions of participation set forth in the Medicaid Regulations.
Fixed Conversion Rates means the Maximum Conversion Rate and the Minimum Conversion Rate.
Permanent foster care placement means the place of residence in which a child resides and in
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring, and enforcing permits and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements, under Sections 307, 318, 402, and 405 of CWA. The term includes an approved program.
Conversion therapy means any practice or treatment as defined in § 54.1-2409.5 A of the Code of Virginia.
Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.
Nursing home-type patients means a patient who has been in hospital more than 35 days, no longer requires acute hospital care, cannot live independently at home or be looked after at home, and either cannot be placed in a nursing home or a nursing home place is not available.

Conversion Factor means 1.0, provided that in the event that the General Partner (i) declares or pays a dividend on its outstanding REIT Shares in REIT Shares or makes a distribution to all holders of its outstanding REIT Shares in REIT Shares, (ii) subdivides its outstanding REIT Shares, or (iii) combines its outstanding REIT Shares into a smaller number of REIT Shares, the Conversion Factor shall be adjusted by multiplying the Conversion Factor by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of REIT Shares issued and outstanding on the record date for such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination (assuming for such purposes that such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination has occurred as of such time), and the denominator of which shall be the actual number of REIT Shares (determined without the above assumption) issued and outstanding on such date and, provided further, that in the event that an entity other than an Affiliate of the General Partner shall become General Partner pursuant to any merger, consolidation or combination of the General Partner with or into another entity (the “Successor Entity”), the Conversion Factor shall be adjusted by multiplying the Conversion Factor by the number of shares of the Successor Entity into which one REIT Share is converted pursuant to such merger, consolidation or combination, determined as of the date of such merger, consolidation or combination. Any adjustment to the Conversion Factor shall become effective immediately after the effective date of such event retroactive to the record date, if any, for such event; provided, however, that if the General Partner receives a Notice of Redemption after the record date, but prior to the effective date of such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination, the Conversion Factor shall be determined as if the General Partner had received the Notice of Redemption immediately prior to the record date for such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination.
Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.
Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.
Inpatient means an Insured Person who is Confined.
Fixed Conversion Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b).
Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.
Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
Inpatient treatment means twenty-four-hour-per-day mental
Non-Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility means a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law
Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
Inpatient care means treatment for which the insured person has to stay in a hospital for more than 24 hours for a covered event.
Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:
Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the transport system that LECs use to exchange outcollect and Carrier Access Billing System “CABS” access messages among each other and other Parties connected to CMDS.
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring and enforcing permits, and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements under Sections 307, 402, 318, and 405 of the Clean Water Act.
Nursing Care Plan means a plan of care developed by a nurse that describes the medical, nursing, psychosocial, and other needs of a child and how those needs shall be met. The Nursing Care Plan includes which tasks shall be taught, assigned, or delegated to the qualified provider or family.
Conversion Plan shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.05 of this Agreement.
