INLOGIC means and include Inlogic and all other entities for whose conduct Inlogic is or may be held responsible under any Environmental Law.

INLOGIC except where otherwise specifically mentioned, Inlogic shall mean collectively Inlogic Software Inc., and its Subsidiaries including, without limitation, Inlogic Software Inc., a Delaware corporation ("INLOGIC DELAWARE").
