Examples of Initial Transactions in a sentence
All Initial Transactions- Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) closing compliance fee payable at closing and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per year (or part thereof) administrative fee, payable in advance, at the closing for the first year (or part thereof) and on January 1st of each year for the term of the financing.
