Initial TLM(CFD) Charge definition

Initial TLM(CFD) Charge means for each calendar year from (and including) the Agreement Date to the end of the Term, the charge described as “Initial TLM(CFD) Charge” in the Original Model User Guide for the relevant year as set out in the Original Base Case Financial Model and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Initial TLM(CFD) Charge will be representative of the percentage of electricity lost, and not the percentage of electricity retained;

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the maximum amount which is payable in any period for interest on, and original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Initial Trip Payment means the first payment made to the Insured’s Travel Supplier toward the cost of the Insured’s Trip.

  • Demand Charge means the charge, expressed in $/103m3/month for Firm Service except Seasonal Service or Daily Seasonal Service, in $/103m3/day for Seasonal Service, as specified in Schedule "A" to Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement, and in $/103m3/day for Daily Seasonal Service, as specified in each Schedule "B-2" to Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement.
