Initial Spare Parts definition

Initial Spare Parts means the initial supply of Parts which Seller will deliver to Buyer under Part 3.7 as specifically identified in Appendix K.
Initial Spare Parts means the equipment and parts initially required for the maintenance and operation of the Project described in Section 2.6.
Initial Spare Parts. Means the Spare Parts purchased in the framework of the Initial Order.

Examples of Initial Spare Parts in a sentence

  • Seller shall submit to Purchaser for Purchaser’s Written Approval a recommended list of Initial Spare Parts at least two (2) months prior to the scheduled Asset Transfer Date.

More Definitions of Initial Spare Parts

Initial Spare Parts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Initial Spare Parts means those Parts identified as such in Exhibit E.

  • Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.

A noncommercial location used by a primary caregiver to assist a qualifying patient connected to the caregiver in accordance with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, MCL 333.26421 et seq., is not a provisioning center for purposes of this article.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Backflow Prevention Assembly means any mechanical assembly installed at a water service line or at a plumbing fixture to prevent a backflow contamination event, provided that the mechanical assembly is appropriate for the identified contaminant at the cross connection and is an in-line field-testable assembly.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.
