Initial SOW definition

Initial SOW means the first SOW agreed to and executed by the Parties on the Effective Date, and attached hereto as Appendix (as the same may be amended by the Parties pursuant to a Change Order or other written agreements).

Examples of Initial SOW in a sentence

  • Vendor shall perform at least 6,000 hours of Services under this Agreement and the Initial SOW during the Initial Term (the “Time Commitment”).

  • The Initial SOW Term and the Renewal SOW Term, if any, shall be collectively referred to as the “SOW Term”.

  • At any time after expiration of an Initial SOW Term (but not during the Initial SOW Term), either Airline or Supplier shall have the right to terminate the applicable SOW upon no less than sixty (60) calendar days’ written notice to the other Party, or such other period of advanced notice as may be expressly set forth in the applicable SOW.

  • This Agreement, together with the attached Appendices and all SOWs, Quality Agreements and Change Orders (including the Initial SOW), each of which are incorporated into this Agreement, and the JDA constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the specific subject matter of this Agreement and all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, agreements, representations, understandings and commitments with respect to such subject matter are superseded.

  • The Initial SOWs shall expire on the date that this Agreement expires, unless this Agreement or such Initial SOW is terminated earlier or is extended pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • For clarity, this Section 6.8 expressly excludes the Initial SOW and all other SOWs or portions of SOWs for Development Services or other Services that are not Manufacture of Product.

  • The Initial SOW Term can be mutually renewed in writing at the conclusion for additional periods (each, a “Renewal SOW Term”), unless either party has given the other party written notice of its election not to have the SOW Term renewed, subject to any earlier termination of this SOW as set forth herein.
