Initial Reservation definition

Initial Reservation means the provisional reservation by the Council of the P-Credit Requirement to the Development following receipt of the Initial Deposit from the Owner
Initial Reservation. Means the first reservation made by a Member for lodging rights and services at a Project during a given Calendar Year.
Initial Reservation means the first lands located in Placer County, California, which shall be taken into trust for the benefit of the Community by the Secretary of the Interior under the Auburn Indian Restoration Act for the purpose, among other things, of establishing the Gaming Enterprise.

  • Legal Reservations means the application of relevant Debtor Relief Laws, general principles of equity and/or principles of good faith and fair dealing.

  • Initial Reserve Report means the report prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower with respect to certain Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2018.

A mineral reserve includes diluting materials and allowances for losses that may occur when the material is mined.
