Initial Reference Asset Price definition

Initial Reference Asset Price for a Reference Asset means the Closing Price on the Exchange for that Reference Asset on the Initial Valuation Date, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant toDESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.
Initial Reference Asset Price means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the Closing Reference Asset Price in respect of such Reference Asset in respect of the Initial Valuation Date in respect of such Reference Asset, as determined by the Calculation Agent and subject to adjustment and/or correction in accordance with the Conditions being, as of the date of this Pricing Supplement, in respect of:
Initial Reference Asset Price means, unless otherwise specified in the definition of Spread in the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms, in respect of each Reference Asset, the Reference Asset Price at the Valuation Time on the Pricing Date, subject to adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4;

Related to Initial Reference Asset Price

  • Initial Reference Price means the official closing price of the Underlying Share on Strike Date.

  • Final Reference Price means an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) equal to the level of the Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date or the Issuer Call Date, as the case may be, as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent without regard to any subsequently published correction or (if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, no such level can be determined and no Market Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing) an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as its good faith estimate of the level of the Index on such date having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines relevant;

  • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • unit of Reference Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.07(a).

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price. For the avoidance of doubt, when determining (i) above the SPS Valuation Date shall never refer to the Strike Date.

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Weighted Reference Asset Return means for each Reference Asset contained in the Reference Portfolio and on any day, the product of (i) the Reference Asset Return and (ii) the Reference Asset Weight.

  • Replacement Reference Rate means a reference rate which is:

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;

  • Underlying Reference Strike Price means, in respect of an Underlying Reference, the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference on the Strike Date.

  • Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.

  • Reference Asset Weight means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the proportion of the Reference Portfolio set out under the heading “Reference Portfolio Weight” for such Reference Asset in the table included under “THE REFERENCE PORTFOLIO, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant to “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.

  • Reference Assets means the underlying interest contained in the Reference Portfolio, and “Reference Asset” means each of the Reference Assets.

  • Closing Adjustment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c).

  • Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c).

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Successor Reference Rate means the rate that the relevant Independent Adviser determines is a successor to or replacement of the Reference Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.
