Initial Pre-Closing Development Cost Estimate definition

Initial Pre-Closing Development Cost Estimate means the amount set forth on Exhibit I and is the estimated aggregate Development Costs paid by MGM and its Affiliates during the period beginning with the inception of the Project and ending on the Closing Date.
