Initial Loan Assets definition

Initial Loan Assets means any assets acquired by the Issuer from the Trust Depositor on the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.01, which assets shall include the Trust Depositor’s right, title and interest in the following:
Initial Loan Assets has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.01(b).
Initial Loan Assets means the Loan Assets included in the Collateral Portfolio as of the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Initial Loan Assets

Initial Loan Assets means the Loan Assets classified as such on Schedule II hereto as of the Closing Date.
Initial Loan Assets means any assets acquired by the Issuer from the Originator on the Closing Date pursuant to S ection 2.01, which assets shall include the Originator’s right, title and interest in the following:
Initial Loan Assets means the Loan Assets included in the Initial Transferred Assets.
Initial Loan Assets means, the Loan Assets, as set forth on part A of Schedule I, delivered on the Closing Date. “Initial Portfolio Assets” means, the Initial Loan Assets and Initial Equity Investments.

Related to Initial Loan Assets

  • Loan Assets means, collectively and as applicable, the Initial Loan Assets, the Substitute Loan Assets and the Additional Loan Assets, as applicable.

  • Initial Loan is defined in Section 2.1.

  • Initial Loans means the Eligible Loans evidenced by the Notes sold on the Closing Date pursuant to the Initial Purchase Agreement and related documentation, together with any guaranties and other rights relating thereto including, without limitation, Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments.

  • Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.
