Initial Liquidity Facility definition

Initial Liquidity Facility means the Revolving Credit Agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Initial Liquidity Facility Provider on the Initial Closing Date.

Initial Liquidity Facility means the financial accommodation made available by the Initial Liquidity Facility Provider to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
