Initial Issuance definition

Initial Issuance. Has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).
Initial Issuance means the first time a certificate or registration is granted to an individual or business organization, including the first time an individual becomes a qualifying agent for that business organization and the first time a business organization is qualified by that individual.
Initial Issuance means the initial issuance of the Class D(2009-1) Notes on July 2, 2009.

Examples of Initial Issuance in a sentence

  • All Warrants issued on transfers or exchanges shall be dated the Initial Issuance Date of this Warrant and shall be identical with this Warrant except as to the number of Warrant Shares issuable pursuant thereto.
