Initial Instalment definition

Initial Instalment means the initial instalment on the Notes to be paid by the Underwriters on the Issue Date in accordance with the Conditions and the Subscription Agreements in order to fund the purchase of the Initial Portfolio, the Retention Amount, the upfront fees and the Required Cash Reserve Amount.
Initial Instalment has the meaning given to it in paragraph (c) of Clause 3.2 (Payment of the subscription price in instalments).

Initial Instalment means such amount of the sale-price of a house or plot as the Authority had determined or may determine and which an allottee is required to pay to the Authority before occupying such house or plot with regard to the cost of a house constructed or plot developed under any scheme of the Authority;

Related to Initial Instalment

  • Instalment means with respect to each Mortgage Loan Agreement, each instalment due from the relevant Debtor thereunder and which consists of an Interest Instalment and a Principal Instalment.
