Examples of Initial Expansion in a sentence

  • The Fourth Early Initial Expansion Effective Date shall be delayed to the extent that Landlord fails for any reason to deliver possession of the Fourth Early Initial Expansion Space within the timeframe set forth in Section IV below, including, but not limited to, Unavoidable Delay.

Related to Initial Expansion

  • Lateral expansion means a horizontal expansion of the waste boundaries of an existing MSW landfill. A lateral expansion is not a modification unless it results in an increase in the design capacity of the landfill.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;
