Initial Cycle definition

Initial Cycle means the period (if any) during which the Consultant is required to provide to Sensis the Additional Services described in paragraph 1.1(b) of Schedule 1. A person (which includes a body corporate) is Insolvent if it:-

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Initial Sale Time means 4:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on the date of this Underwriting Agreement.
