Initial Corpus definition

Initial Corpus means the value of the funds and the value of readily realizable securities brought in by the client at the time of registering as a client with the Portfolio Manager and accepted by the Portfolio Manager.
Initial Corpus means the value of the funds and / or the market value of securities brought in by the Client at the time of subscribing to Portfolio Management Services.

  • Minimum Investment Amount: The Client shall deposit with the Portfolio Manager, an Initial Corpus consisting of funds of an amount prescribed by the Portfolio Manager for a specific portfolio, subject to minimum investment amount as specified under SEBI Regulations, as amended from time to time.

Initial Corpus means the value of the Funds and the market value of readily realizable Securities brought in by the Client at the time of commencing of his relationship as a Client with the Portfolio Manager and accepted by the Portfolio Manager. The Securities brought in by the Client in the form of Securities shall be taken at the last available closing price on the day of transfer of Securities in the Depository Account. The Portfolio Manager shall not accept from client, funds or securities worth less than fifty lakhs rupees.
