Initial Certification Training Program Vendor definition

Initial Certification Training Program Vendor means a vendor approved by the Department to provide the initial eighty (80) hour certification training program to persons who do not possess a valid residential care facility for the elderly administrator certificate.
Initial Certification Training Program Vendor means a vendor approved by the Department to provide the initial forty (40) hour certification training program to persons who do not possess a valid short-term residential therapeutic program administrator certificate.
