  • F) Initial Case Evaluation including the strengths/weaknesses of case defenses including the anticipated likelihood of success, strengths / weaknesses of Plaintiff’s allegations, discussion concerning the strengths and weaknesses of the experts retained/used by all parties to the litigation.

  • Electronic Initial Case Report or eICR shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.

  • The assessment given in the Initial Case Review may change as we progress thorough the case.

  • No Lease included in the Initial Case Receivables or the Subsequent Case Receivables is a Either/or Lease, and no Financed Equipment transferred to CNHCR on the Closing Date or any Subsequent Transfer Date, as the case may be, constitutes True Lease Equipment.
