infrastructural facilities means works relating to roads and the supply of water, electricity, water drains and facilities for sewerage disposal and any other related facilities;

Series 85-B under the Power Transfer Facilities Agreement, such as the 66 KV power transfer line and the equipment interconnecting such 66 KV power transfer line to the power grid owned by SCE proximate to the Operating Site.
