Infrastructural Facilities means the infrastructural -------------------------- improvements to be constructed at the Operating Site by ZCC III and utilized by the Partnership in connection with its ownership and operation of the Turbines, which shall include (i) items directly owned by the Partnership, such as the concrete pads to which each Turbine owned by the Partnership is affixed, the insulated wire cables connecting each such Turbine to an intermediate step-up transformer, certain of such intermediate step-up transformers, a 3OMW power substation, and security fencing; (ii) items owned by ZCC III and made available to the Partnership under the Wind Park Easement Agreement, including the Primary Roads and Secondary Roads, as defined in, and as required to be constructed by Zond pursuant to, the Construction Agreement between Zond and ZCC III; and (iii) items owned by Zond and made available to the Partnership and Zond Windsystem Partners, Ltd. Series 85-B under the Power Transfer Facilities Agreement, such as the 66 KV power transfer line and the equipment interconnecting such 66 KV power transfer line to the power grid owned by SCE proximate to the Operating Site.

Infrastructural Facilities means the infrastructural improvements to be constructed at the Operating Site by ZCC III and utilized by the Partnership in connection with its operation of the Windsystem. Such Infrastructural Facilities shall include (i) items directly owned by the Partnership, such as the concrete pads to which each Turbine owned by the Partnership is affixed, the insulated wire cables connecting each such Turbine to the intermediate step-up transformer, certain of such intermediate step-up transformers, and the insulated wire cables connecting the intermediate step-up transformers to the 30MW power substation, a 30MW power substation; (ii) certain items to be owned by Zond and made available to the Partnership pursuant to the terms of the Power Transfer Facilities Agreement, such as 66KV power transfer line and the equipment interconnecting the 66KV power transfer line to the power grid owned by Southern California Edison Company; and (iii) certain items, such as roads, which shall be owned by ZCC III and made available to the Partnership pursuant to the terms of the Wind Park Easement Agreement.

Related to Infrastructural Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Project Facilities means the facilities, equipment and vehicles provided under the Project;

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
