Infraco Contract definition

Infraco Contract means the contract dated May 2008 among tie and Bilfinger Xxxxxx UK Limited, Siemens plc and Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles S.A. (contracting on a joint and several liability basis) ("the Infraco"), as it may be amended from time to time;
