InFocusPlus Platform definition

InFocusPlus Platform is an online platform that enables registered Users to publish certain properties available for lease that such publishing User owns, represents by contract or otherwise has the ability to lease (“Ads”) on the InFocusPlus Platform and, through a mechanism provided by InFocusPlus, communicate and transact directly with other Users and certain unregistered third parties (each a “Guest User”) that are seeking to lease such Properties (“Customers”). The focus of the InFocusPlus Platform is to provide Users access to (a) Properties available for lease for a term of less than 12 months (“Short Term Listings”), and (b) Properties that are unique or otherwise desirable for use in the production of visual arts or entertainment productions which Listings are available for single day or multiple day lease periods (“Location Listings”).

Examples of InFocusPlus Platform in a sentence

  • User shall indemnify and defend InFocusPlus, its stakeholder, employees, agents, affiliates, and personnel from any third party claim or liability arising out of: (i) Users use of the InFocusPlus Platform, (ii) User’s Listing Materials, (ii) User’s violation of federal, state, local or any other laws or regulations; and (iii) User’s breach of this Agreement or any other applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to the InFocusPlus Terms of Use.

  • User and InFocus agree to resolve any claims relating to these this Agreement, User’s use of the InFocusPlus Platform or the Listings (collectively, “Disputes“) through final and binding arbitration, except as otherwise specifically provided herein.

  • Each User must register an account (an “Account”) to access and use certain features of the InFocusPlus Platform, such as publishing a Listing or receiving information about a Listing.

  • Users shall use the InFocusPlus Platform subject to the InFocusPlus Privacy Policy, these Terms of Use, and other policies and requirements published by InFocus from time to time (collectively, “Policies“).

  • InFocus may also terminate a User’s Listing or deactivate a User’s account in the event the User is charged with or convicted of a crime, or InFocusPlus otherwise believes User’s participation on the InFocusPlus Platform could harm the reputation and/or good standing of the services offered by InFocus.
