Infill Well definition

Infill Well means an additional well drilled within an approved Spacing Unit.
Infill Well means an additional producing well on a GPU that serves as a companion well to an existing well on the GPU.
Infill Well means a well in a compulsory pooled proration or spacing unit to be completed in a pool in which an existing well drilled pursuant to the compulsory pooling order has been completed and not plugged and abandoned.
