Industry Parties definition

Industry Parties means the Parties listed at Schedule 1, Part A and any other person admitted to the Project after the date of this agreement as an “Industry Party”;
Industry Parties means Industry or Industry’s officers, agents, invitees, licensees, employees, or contractors, or any party directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or any party they control or exercise control over.

Examples of Industry Parties in a sentence

  • The Industry Parties acknowledge and agree that the RPO Parties may be subject to FOIA and the codes of practice issued under FOIA as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time.

  • The resignation takes effect, unless withdrawn by notice in writing to Plant Health Australia, 6 months from the date on which the notice on intention was received by Plant Health Australia, which must amend the list of Crop, Crops or sub-groups of Crops represented by Industry Parties at Part 3 of Schedule 7.

  • Each Industry Party undertakes to take reasonable steps to advise its members and other participants (as considered appropriate by the Industry Parties) in respect of their Crop, Crops or a sub-group of Crops to notify the applicable State or Territory authority within 24 hours of becoming aware of an Incident so that the applicable authority can notify the relevant CPHM who can give Formal Notification to the CCEPP in accordance with clause 4.1.1(a).

  • Progress in implementation of Biosecurity strategies for Government Parties and Industry Parties will be reviewed by Plant Health Australia, in conjunction with the Parties, commencing in October 2005 and again commencing in October 2006.

  • In relation to a Response Plan: the Industry Parties that are considered to be ’Affected’ by the EPP(s) that is/are the subject of the Response Plan.

  • If the application is approved, the name of the Party and the Crop, Crops or sub-group of Crops which it is to represent must be added by Plant Health Australia to the table setting out the Crop, Crops or sub-group of Crops represented by Industry Parties at Part 3 of Schedule 7.

Related to Industry Parties

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants. PJM Interchange:

  • economic operators means the manufacturer, the authorised representative, the importer and the distributor;

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Industry member means a member of a national securities exchange or a member of a national securities association.

  • economic resources means assets of every kind, whether tangible or intangible, movable or immovable, which are not funds, but may be used to obtain funds, goods or services;

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • economic operator means any natural or legal person or public entity or group of such persons and/or entities which offers the execution of works and/or a work, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market;

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Concert Parties means such Persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with AbbVie pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules.

  • Prudent Industry Practice means such practices, methods, acts, techniques, and standards as are in effect at the time in question that are consistent with (a) the standards generally followed by the United States pipeline and terminalling industries or (b) such higher standards as may be applied or followed by the HFC Entities in the performance of similar tasks or projects, or by the HEP Entities in the performance of similar tasks or projects.

  • NGLs means natural gas liquids.

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the framework adopted by the Recipient through its Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Decision No 116/QD-BKH dated January 22, 2010 and referred to in the paragraph 2 of Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, which sets out the environmental protection measures in respect of the Project, as well as administrative and monitoring arrangements to ensue the implementation of said framework, as said Environmental Management Framework may be revised from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association.

  • Reasonable and Prudent Operator means a person seeking in good faith to perform its contractual obligations and, in the process of doing so and in the overall conduct of its whole undertaking exercising that degree of diligence, skill, prudence and foresight which can reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced operator engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances complying with all applicable Laws, and any reference to the standard of a Reasonable and Prudent Operator means such degree of diligence, skill, prudence and foresight as aforesaid.

  • Resources shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23.1 of this Agreement.

  • Project Party means each Person (other than the Borrowers) who is a party to a Project Document.

  • Industry means those parties involved in the generation, transmission, distribution and retailing of electricity in New Zealand;

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Operators means the Access Provider and the Access Seeker collectively.

  • Prudent Industry Practices means, at a particular time, any of the practices, methods, standards of care, skill, safety and diligence, as the same may change from time to time, but applied in light of the facts known at the time, that are consistent with the general standards applied or utilized under comparable circumstances by a reasonably prudent operator, in a good and workmanlike manner, with due diligence and dispatch, in accordance with good midstream industry practice.

  • Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
