Industrial Unit definition

Industrial Unit means any industrial undertaking located inside the State and engaged in any manufacturing or servicing activity as detailed in the Schedule appended to this policy.
Industrial Unit means a fossil-fuel-fired boiler or indirect heat exchanger with a maximum design heat input of 250 MMBtu/hr or more.
